  1. New £4m contract for Plasticraft + more

    Norman Hay Engineering is pleased to announce that Plasticraft has secured a £4m contract for an aerospace process facility to be installed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (K.S.A.).

    Plasticraft, the UK's foremost supplier of surface treatment equipment to the aerospace sector, has secured this major contract from Messier Services UK.

    The new chemical processing shop is for the repair and overhaul of aircraft landing gears for both narrow and wide bodied aircraft.

    This turnkey project includes all process tanks and solution conditioning equipment, material handling and effluent treatment systems.

    Plasticraft personnel will carry out the plant installation, commissioning and operator training on site at the end user facility in Jeddah K.S.A. as well as providing ongoing Service Support.

    Paul Clifford, Managing Director of Messier Services UK said:

  2. New £6.6m contract for Plasticraft + more

    Norman Hay Engineering is pleased to announce that Plasticraft, part of its Chemical Engineering Division, has secured a £6.6m contract from Rolls-Royce for process plant and equipment to be installed in Singapore.

    Plasticraft, the UK's foremost supplier of surface treatment equipment to the global aerospace sector, has secured this prestigious contract for the supply of 10 chemical processing lines for the manufacture of aero engine components.

    Together with an existing contract for a major installation in Saudi Arabia, this project ensures continuity of production throughout 2010 and 2011 and consolidates Plasticraft's leading position internationally.

    Plasticraft personnel will carry out the plant installation, commissioning and operator training on-site at the end user facility in Singapore as well as providing ongoing Service Support.
