Carousel Systems

The fully automatic Ardrox Carousel fluorescent penetrant inspection processing system is available in a range of sizes and was first built in 1980. Since that time approximately 100 machines have been supplied worldwide.

The components are processed in fixtures prior to manual inspection. Method A (water washable) and Method D (post emulsifiable)
penetrants, both with multiple sensitivities can be programmed. 
Process recipes can be selected to suit individual fixtures of components, irrespective of proceeding or succeeding basket’s process.  

The technology of the Ardrox Carousel is well proven and recognised throughout the industry as offering consistently high level of quality and repeatability in the preparation of components of all types for manual inspection.
